REFUNDS + RETURNS
- Free cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery
- Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from our team
- If your item is damaged, dented, or melted upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof
- We will send you a prepaid shipping label if you qualify for a return. In some instances, return shipping fees from USPS may apply
- We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us improve our products and customer experience
- Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval
- Please allow delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered
